Right of return:

Once you have received the parcel from the courier, check in his presence that it is intact and not manipulated. You can then sign for it and if you find any irregularities, mark it with reservation.

After opening the package, check that the item meets your expectations and corresponds to the description in the advertisement.

You can request a return within 14 days after receipt of the package.

To return the item you have to write to the seller so that you have the exact address where to send the package and agree on the return.

In some cases, if the goods sent are not what you ordered, the return costs are borne by the seller.
